Grüezi and Allegra. My name is Daniel Mani. Now and then I'm also called a "foodie" - admittedly, that flatters me of course.... Anyway. My team and myself welcome you and fulfil your wishes - in the best possible way.

From chef's apprentice to foodie, so to speak, I have completed all the stages of a classic career in the kitchen, including working with the legendary Jacky Donatz in Zurich. Since 2016, I have been responsible for the concepts in the various restaurants of the MGM Hotel Group. With a lot of passion, I develop the menus and the pop-up restaurants together with a young, dynamic team.

The Deli

The relaxed atmosphere of "The Deli" makes the whole family feel at home. Whether in your ski or hiking boots, or in your sneakers and jeans, "The Deli" is the restaurant for any time day and evening. From the extensive breakfast to the simple, quick snack (including to go), guests can also enjoy honest dishes with a distinctive character of their own.

At "The Deli" we combine the cuisine of Lebanon, Israel and the Arab region with the flavours of Switzerland and regional specialities. In the centrally placed ovens we bake our bread or prepare the Roman pizzas, the Pinsa,......we see you! Oh, we would like to warmly recommend the Dry Age Beef from our own maturing fridge, where the best beef from Switzerland matures to perfection for 21 days.
