From chef's apprentice to foodie, so to speak, I have completed all the stages of a classic career in the kitchen, including working with the legendary Jacky Donatz in Zurich. Since 2016, I have been responsible for the concepts in the various restaurants of the MGM Hotel Group. THE DELIIn the decidedly casual atmosphere at "The Deli", the whole family feels right at home. Whether in ski boots or hiking boots, whether in sneakers and jeans. "The Deli" is the restaurant for every time of day and evening. From an extensive aperitif to a simple, quick snack (also to go), the guest enjoys honest dishes with a decidedly individual character.In "The Deli" we combine the cuisines of the Alps and the Mediterranean countries as far as Lebanon. For this, we use the flavors of Switzerland and use regional specialties whenever possible. In the centrally placed oven we bake our bread or prepare the Roman pizzas, the Pinsa!
